nothing fancy 6 months ago

They broke my center cap which is really no big deal because that side of the car it's on is wrecked anyway When I showed the one guy that spoke English it was broken and requested that they not break the one on the other side the installer started screaming and yelling in Spanish Trying to say it was that way when I gave him the wheel even though you could see the broken clips laying on the floor of the shop where he knocked it off with a hammer and it should have been turned a quarter turn and pulled right off At that point I just told them I would settle with the one tire instead of two If you break something simply admit it I really could have cared less until the guy started screaming and hollering trying to deny it I stood there and watched him when he did it I simply did not have time to stop him The only reason I told the English-speaking guy that it was broken was to try to stop it from happening on the next tire
